Integrated platform for cleaning franchise management for Gmatik

Digitising operations, workforce and billing in cleaning service franchises. Gmatik is a company specialised in the management of cleaning service franchises. To support its operational model, Gmatik required a digital platform capable of centralising and automating the management of jobs, workers and billing across multiple franchisees.

Offing developed a custom web application that acts as a specialised ERP, designed to cover the full operational and administrative lifecycle of cleaning services.

The challenge: centralising complex operational processes

Gmatik needed a solution that would allow them to:

Offing designed and developed a tailor-made WebApp that centralises all key processes in one system:

  • Job and service management, allowing franchises to plan, assign and track cleaning work.
  • Advanced billing system, supporting automatic invoicing, manual invoices and configurable service pricing.
  • VeriFactu integration, ensuring compliance with current tax and invoicing regulations.
  • Client portal, where customers can view invoices, track completed services and monitor ongoing work.
  • Employee portal, enabling workers to access payslips, contracts and personal documentation securely.
  • Time tracking (clock-in / clock-out) functionality for cleaning staff at service locations.
  • Encrypted data storage, guaranteeing the security of sensitive information.
