Digitalising the commercial pipeline for the HVAC sector. One of the subsidiaries of the BAXI Group, a leading name in heating and climate control solutions, needed a tool to centralise the management of its commercial offers, replacing processes based on Excel and other fragmented tools.

The Challenge: Centralised and flexible offer management

The main challenge was enabling the commercial teams of the subsidiary to manage the entire offer pipeline in a unified and structured way. This included classifying offers into different stages (pending, hot, lost), creating versions and grouped offers, and managing the product catalogue and associated optionals. Additionally, it was essential to provide managers with clear dashboards to visualise data from multiple angles, as well as integrated CRM-like features to support follow-up activities and reminders.
