Digitising the commercial pipeline for a construction leader. Knauf, a world leader in the distribution of gypsum boards, required a digital solution to manage its special commercial conditions in a structured and controlled way. The main challenge was to centralise and standardise the management of special offers while supporting a complex commercial organisation with multiple approval levels.
