The main challenge was managing the logistical complexity inherent to high-end retail: a constant flow of custom packaging orders from hundreds of stores around the world, each with its own catalogue, inventory and purchase order (PO) requirements. The previous ordering system did not allow unified inventory management, efficient traceability or direct integration with the client’s global financial system (NetSuite).
